The LPL research and strategist team consist of more then 45 experienced and accomplished industry veterans, making it one of the largest and experienced independent groups in the country. Leadership

Founder and president, Ryan M. Fleischer began his financial career over 10 years ago, fresh out of college. After holding several successful positions and attaining numerous industry service awards at well known national financial firms, Ryan decided it was time to achieve something greater. His passion - wanting to help his clients without having to meet product quotas or having conflicts of interest - steered him to open up his own wealth management firm, Revolution Group.

Ryan's work ethic, values, and beliefs run as deep as the heart of Middle America, a place where he was born and raised. Destined to be an entrepreneur and follow in his dad's and grandfather's footsteps, his first job at age eight consisted of selling sweet corn door-to-door, which he grew on the empty land near his home in Nebraska. He learned at a young age; humility, integrity, character, and the meaning of hard work. These home grown heartland traits have become a part of who we are at Revolution Group.
